Added draft mapping file for semantic validation. #149

This is a first draft of a mapping file for mzTab-M. Please note that NEWT does not seem to exist in EBI's OLS, but NCBITaxon seems to include all of NEWT.

Patches / PRs welcome ;-).

I already added some derivatization reagents to XLMOD, see https://raw.githubusercontent.com/HUPO-PSI/mzIdentML/master/cv/XLMOD.obo

Please have a look and let me know if something is missing.

@germa Looks good, can we get XLMOD into the EBI's ontology lookup service? That would allow us to define the derivatization reagent as a parent term in the mapping file for the /metadata/derivatization_agent node.
