XLMOD integration into OLS #151

In order to use the derivatization agent terms in XLMOD, we will need to be able to resolve parent <-> child relationships between the mapping file parent terms and the child terms given in an mzTab file.

We use OLS already for other ontologies like NCBITaxon.

We are okay with this solution for now, XLMOD is not yet in OLS, so this will work once it is in OLS
