Clarification of null usage for database_identifier in SME section #153

In order to clarify corner cases of database_identifier, the handling of null / DBPREFIX:null has been added.

We would otherwise have the implication for the "no database" case to report null:null which is weird in terms of reporting nothing and also quirky since we would need additional handling of parsing and validation for different kinds of null.
