minor changes in the schema of Spectrum #28

The following PR includes a new version of the spectrum where the peak list is shown in two different arrays: ms for the mz values and is for the intensity values. In addition, we have added a field called np number of peaks.

In addition, we have changed the version of the schema to 0.1.0 and v0.1 to reflect previous @edeutsch comments.
