Additional methods from ProteomeBinders meeting in Bordeaux #101

During the ProteomeBinders meeting in Bordeaux a draft ontology of methods (interaction detection methods) was produced during a group work sesssion headed by David Sherman. Some of these methods are not in the PSI-MI ontology and it would be good to add them. However this list will be updated on upcoming ProteomeBinders meetings, next being in March.
