I'd like to request that "MI:0805 wwwpdb" and its children be moved or
added as synonyms to "MI:0445 experiment database" since they are, by
design, experiment databases.
I can say affirmatively that "MI:0465 DIP" also belongs as a child of
"experiment database" since we maintain references to actual experiment
data. Intact, MINT and the rest of the IMEx gang might possibly belong
there as well.
As I read it, the two current children (pubmed and doi) of "MI:0445
experiment database" should be moved to a new and separate child of
"MI:0444 database citation" as "bibref database", since that seems to be
what is intended for them.
At first glance, those changes would seem sufficient since we can squeek
by with the generic term "MI:0444 database citation" in the rare cases
that require experiment xrefs to some other sources.
