OMIM MI:0480 is a child of sequence database in the current CVs. Along with GO MI:0448 this would be classifiable as a descriptive database.
Again GO has been classified as a feature database when we use the database to cross-reference interactions with component, function and processes. These databases could possibly have multiple parents however it is difficult for me to envisage 'feature database' as parent of GO or 'sequence database' as parent of OMIM.
I am not sure these terms have the right position in the hierarchy.
