This proposal needs some (a lot of) work. I feel I must be missing some background discussion so I am unable to comment on this issue but I would like to make a few suggestions so my time is better spent on this review panel.

Submission of a set of terms should be grouped together under a clearly stated use case with a relevant publication. No use cases are given and I fail to see what the literature reference (PMID:14755293) has to do with any of the terms. Many of these terms looks like they would be better suited to the PAR ontology.

Sandra, are there guidelines for submitting a proposed change or addition?
