New exp feature: a tag used for LRET #134

We need a new experimental feature in order to properly annotate LRET experiment.

The name of the thing (it shoud be a child of dye label) is:

Tb3+-DTPA-cs124-EMCH

it originaly came from PMID: 10077482 We stumbled on it while curating PMID: 17360407

This is really an ugly name, a bit too horrible and with too many special charateres in theory to be avoided in the name. Do you have any suggestion for a more human readable name and the ugly one willbe in the def and synonyms?

What about 'Thiol-reactive lanthanide dye' ?
