Also a parent term RNA cleavage placed above mRNA cleavage.
We may be in danger of getting in a mess her, as many of the enzymes we list specific activities for, also perform cleavage reactions. I'll try and find time to put some structure into the enzyme branch - looking at the EC hierarchy and GO - before Toledo.
