this one is for PMID:18434538 (fig 3H) - protein aggregation is monitored by retention of the aggregates by a porous membrane. I would guess it should be a child of biochemical method as molecular sieving/gel filtration principle seems to be quite different.

is this not MI:0928 Name: filter trap assay

though the definition needs rewording. For example, I'll delete the bit about subsequent Ab detection since that adds a prerequisite interaction detection method which is too limiting. Also I don't see that the filter type should be specified as glass fibre filters have been used for this for years.
