IntAct as a participant dataabse #201

Since some of the proteins are created in IntAct and then used in creating a interaction, the database IntAct should be the child of Sequence database: MI:0683

Technically correct, but probably confusing if we do it now. I suggest we leave this until the complex grant goes through - then we will need IntAct as a participant DB when we start supplying the world with complexes.
