would it be possible to come up with a common scheme for annotating binary interactions reported by the authors in a way that makes them distinct from interactions identified in a single pull-down experiment

maybe directly annotating primary experiments to label them as they are with a term: primary experiment

and child terms: binary interaction detected binary interaction assumed by database with spoke model applied to heterogeneous affinity complex binary interaction assumed by database with matrix model applied to heterogeneous affinity complex binary interaction assumed by author applied to heterogeneous affinity complex
