Can we, please, add scanning electron microscopy as a child of electron microscopy (MI:0040) ? A paper to reference as applicaiton could be PMID: 20463740.

Also, the abbreviation SEM provided for electron tomography seems to be wrong. the tomography term itself should be probably made into a child of transmission microscopy.
