I think this one can be annotated as a normal CH-Ip rather than creating a new term "Centromeric minichromosomes containing LacO repeats are captured by LacI-Flag affinity purification."

Mini-chromosomes that contain sequences of interest are flanked with repetitive Lac operator sequences.
