excimer fluorescence #250

A new term 'excimer fluorescence' (child of MI:0051) is needed to annotate PMID:18480256 (Fig 4C)

Excimer( excited-dimer) fluorescence is produced by complexes formed by two molecules, at least one of which is in excited state. It is characterized by a lower energy (ie red-shift) than fluorescence of a single, non-interacting molecule.
