A new term 'Silicon Nanowire Field-Effect Transistor biosensor assay' (feel free to modify the name)is needed to annotate PMID: 20080536. In this technique interaction is monitored by following the properties of a silicon nanowire field-effect transistor (SiNW-FET) configured as a biosensor. Placing the term under : MI:0968 (biosensor) seems to be a reasonable option.
