Is #16 supposed to be used in the context of antibody against a receptor blocking some sort of physiological response ? As far as I can tell such functional assays are not covered by this CV. same seems to also hold for #17 - there's quite a few scenarios which can result from apparent or real translocation of a protein in/out of a nucleus upon addition of a suposed unteracting partner with no interaction taking place.
