Move publication attributes to a common publication root ter #266

The current attribute names 'author-list', 'contact-comment', 'contact-email', 'journal', 'publication year' could be children of a new root term ( under 'attribute name') : publication attribute names or bibref attribute names?

These attributes could still be children of 'experiment attribute names' for retrocompatibility

A limitation of the XML schema doesn't allow to describe both publication cross reference and attributes in bibref. Only the publication cross reference or the attribute list is allowed, meaning that if we want to describe both publication cross references and publication attributes, we have to describe first the publication cross reference under bibref and then the publication attributes in the experiment attribute list.

New parent created, MI:1093, but currently left as child of experiment attribute to reflect the schema
