Polysaccharide and small molecules having a common parent te #268

Currently polysaccharide is a child of biopolymer. However, thers is not really a sequence attached to a polysaccharide but a formula. It is the same for small molecules. It could be usefull to have a common parent term for polysaccharide and small molecule to describe molecules having chemical formula... (biochemical entities?)

New parent 'bioactive entity' created with children 'small molecule' and 'polysaccharide'. Polysaccharide is not a child of bioploymer.
