Split GFP-tags: nGFP and cGFP #299

By tanalogy to nYFP (MI:1119) and cYFP (MI:1120):

It might make sense to also add a generic 'BiFC tag' as a child of fluorescent protein tag (MI:0687) and then make all the fragments children of, both, their specific native protein tag and the BiFC tag. nYFP would be then a child of 'BiFC tag' in addition to being a child of yfp tag (MI:0368) as it is now. Same for all the other n/c split xFP variants

Had to go up a layer as we now also have split luciferase tags but done.
