Mass spectroscopy based measurement of the rate and/or extent of the exchange of complex subunits. See, for example PMID: 20351246

This could be either a child or sibling of 'mass spectrometry studies of complexes' (MI:0069). Setting it up a child will be probably better provided MI:0069 is made more generic by modifying its definitio to read 'Mass spectrometric approaches to the study of BIOLOGICAL COMPLEXES... ' instead of '... protein in complexes'
