is the 'child_of' the same as 'is_a' ? if not, what's the difference ? in case 'child_of' is, indeed, the same as 'is-a' , 'permanent complex' will end up as being, at the same time, both 'obligate complex' and 'non-obligate complex' which, as far, as I can tell, makes little sense :o/

Hi Lukasz, Yes, I meant 'is_a'. The problem is that permanent and transient complexes can be both, obligate and non-obligate complexes. I guess in that case we have to make 4 parallel terms all as child terms of 'complex' (MI:0314). Birgit
