MYTH - needs expanding/revising-non split ub methods in use #346

see pmid:22665516, jansen-2012-3. Interaction Detection Method = MYTH, using split kinase Ire1p rather than split -ub. So can only enter as a Transcriptional Complementation Assay, despite the authors calling it a "Y-2-H".

New parent term membrane yeast two hybrid (MI:1320 with two children - ire1 (MI:1320 and the original Ub reconstruction. MYTH is a synonym on both the parent and Ub reconstruction terms as it usually refers to the latter.
