MI:1126 - self interaction The definition reads: A region of a molecule which is involved in an inter-molecular interaction.
Shouldn't it read: 'Intra-molecular interaction between two or more regions of the same molecule'
Self interaction is neither 'a region of a molecule' nor 'inter-molecular interaction" ?
MI:1127 - putative self interaction The definition reads: 'A region of a molecule which is putatively involved in an inter-molecular interaction.'
Shouldn't it read: 'Interaction between two or more regions of possibly the same molecule.'
As before, interaction is not a region. 'putatively involved in an inter-molecular interaction' seems to be rather confusing :O/
