new qualifier=part_of #375

Hi Pablo,

I need a new qualifier=part_of.

This qualifier will be used for PDB xrefs to crystals that are only partial complexes. Sameer would like to have all related crystals xref'ed and we can't use "identify" if the subunit composition is not complete.

If you create an MI no I can do the bit in the Editor.

The new term "subset" (MI:2179) has been created to solve this issue.
