Demonstrate upgrading part_of relationship #437

This PR demonstrates how the PSI-MI definition of part_of can be slightly modified to use the BFO relationship. Note the bottom of the PR shows the updated typedef, and the rest of the PR is simply a find/replace for relationship: part_of => relationship: BFO:0000050

The same technique could be used to update the contains and derives from relations if desired

This pull request was closed because all 'part_of' relationships in the ontology were found to be unnecessary and removed, so we do not need the BFO relationship anymore.
