Fix xrefs breaking compliance with OBO 1.4 #442

Hi !

It has been reported in althonos/pronto#129 that the latest version of psi-mi.obo was broken. This was caused by an ill-formatted Xref in MI:2365, which is fixed in this PR. I also removed an empty synonym that was probably added by mistake in OBO-edit.
