ontology release location #449

I was looking at some potential issues in MI, and looked at the source here. I realized the ontology version here is quite a bit newer than the release, which is 2020-04-13. The release files seem to be hosted at a Berkeley server: https://github.com/OBOFoundry/purl.obolibrary.org/blob/master/config/mi.yml

Is that the current intent? Or did you want to point the OBO config to the latest files here?

Oh and actually the issues I was looking into were addressed in #436, so it would be nice to publish a newer release.
