Additions to nucleic acids #76

We currently have no way of indicating if a nucleic acid is single or double stranded - if the latter, you cannot enter both strands in the sequence so the CVs would be the most effective way of indicating the presence of the reverse strand.

I do not see any current CV where we can add this information, it could be a new CV 'nucleic acid/sample structure' having children, single strand, double strand, hairpin?

This CV could be part of experimental preparation MI:0346

DS and SS as children of DNA currently has no other children (no tree explosion)
