pdb to msd/pdb/pdbj #91

The name they would prefer is wwpdb rather than msd/pdb/pdbj website http://www.wwpdb.org/

Do you suggest to have the current terms pdb and msd obsolete or children of a new parent term wwpdb?

The terms PDB, PDBJ and MSD could be children of the term wwPDB this means the information specifically available at certain sites can also be crossreferenced. e.g. Assembly information available at MSD.
