SDS-PAGE as interaction detection metod #92

There's only comigration in a non-denaturing gel (MI:0404) whereas, when denaturing gel is used direct,covalent interactions can be detected.

The most reasonable solution seems to be adding 'gel electrophoresis' as a new term with the non-denaturing and denaturing variants as its children

Could you provide a definition or reference for SDS page as interaction detection, I have trouble due to the tones of paper using SDS page for other purposes. Thanks

definition should restrict the usage of SDS-PAGE as interaction method to cross-linked or 'covalently bind' molecules that need to be 'separated' by SDS to observe their co-occurrence.

Restrict to covalent interaction only as 'cross-link' cases should be annotated with the interaction method 'cross-linking'
