There exists a problem where UniProt's ptmlist points to an incorrect entry because the correct entry did not exist in PSI-MOD. This is described in detail in #20. This PR closes #20.

@rfellers Please take a look at this. The issue was that UniProt's PTMList did not have a correct PSI-MOD entry to point to. Once this is created, I will contact UniProt and have them update their PTMList.
