Update to fix transitive property errors #49

As discussed in #47, this PR addresses all of the 100+ cases where the massdiff was not acting transitively. Several new terms were needed to disambiguate mass differences, some terms were changed and some relationships were deleted where erroneous.

This PR closes #47
