This PR:

Updates revision to 1.030
Fixes #54
Reorganizes the mono-hexose tree
De-orphanizes the MOD:00003 (Unimod) tree.
Adds in parent crotonylated residue (children to follow)
Partially de-orphanizes the MOD:00947 (DeltaMass) tree
Removes DNA-DNA modifications
