Fix synonym used to map `MOD:00190` to UniProt modifications #64

Hi again!

This PR fixes the synonym value used to map MOD:00190 to UniProt modifications; the current one only works for Z enantiomers, and is actually overlapping with the MOD:01471 subclass.

And if you need reference, there is for instance the P86047 protein that has several 2,3-didehydrobutyrine modifications without stereochemistry information.
