when i responded to the reviews of mzIdentML 1.3.0 specification revision, i said the 'P' or 'C' part of the value of MS:1003333 (regular expression for encoding identifications based on multiple spectra) was optional.
As we have it, I think it isn't optional. Could we just make my response good by changing it now so the 'P' or 'C' is optional?
