Chalk Test #16

I believe I have created the chalk appropriately. I was having issues with it showing the color correctly.

You only needed to add the WritingImplements.java class for staging to commit. With the other files added, I cannot merge this into the main code base.

Do a git pull from my repository again, change just the WritingImplements (now I'm seeing the usefulness of multiple branches) and do a new commit with just that file added to it. Then make a pull request from that, and I should be able to merge it.
