Clean up Pencil.java #19

This class is poorly organized. There are some methods written above the field and constructors, there are some methods at the bottom without comments, and indenting seems all out of place. There are probably more things wrong to.

Someone needs to go in here and make this class more readable, and have it adopt typical Java conventions.
