期待Windows版的HVML #31

linux下打包、编译，来回调试安装错误问题，时间成本太高了，时间不是这么浪费的，小老头儿我后半辈子时间本来就不够用！ 期待Windows版的HVML，期待一键安装搞定的省时省力。 祝：HVML早日便利、造福万众！

诚哉斯言。 希望增加对windows系统的支持，以及visual studio编译器支持。 希望能让更多的人使用，并投入到相关的生态开发中

根据默认指向最近的相关词的规则应该指的是 2024 年，当然如果有资金能让老魏撑到20246年那就太好了 ;)
