HW1R Campaign - Captured Tai Carriers can't be built from #235

In HW1C captured carriers could be used to build kushan units. This functionality is absent in the remaster, but is simple enough to hack into fruition by replacing captured carriers with an alternate version that counts as a Kushan ship.
