On the Taiidan Support Frigate, only 5 fighters can dock at once. There's 10 docking slots on top that all work individually, but only 5 can be activated at once due to this glitch. This is a bug in the .hod file.
In July 2018 Radar tried to fix the cross race docking bug with .hod changes to the affected ships without luck. The v2.0 .hod files are locked/very hard to edit. So I don't believe this can be fixed either, unless Radar has made progress with .hod edits.
