Unstoppable laser vette runs vs hw1 (and probably hw2) #307

people are beginning to abuse mass lasers to wipe out entire lines of collectors with no way of stopping them

probably the best way to approach this is to nerf their dps vs collectors somewhat; they aren't really surviving too long in big fights
