Bombers vs Corvettes #359

Bombers kill corvettes pretty quickly. Bombers should probably have their accuracy/penetration reduced vs corvettes, so they aren't as good vs them.

I think it's mostly hw2 bombers here, being in formation means individual enemies die faster...

I'll look into the numbers, but basically I don't personally mind this being a thing. I'm happy for bombers to be a bad but at least workable stopgap for handling incoming vettes - massively cost inefficient and will die quickly, but can at least do some damage.
