Vettes vs colls #377

Not much else to do here, this problem is difficult to 'fix' without nerfing all vettes in some way etc., these changes are at least a step in the right direction.

Resource Controllers (HW1)

It's becoming increasingly commonplace to see HW1 players forgo building their own controllers entirely and instead relying on HW2 allies to pass them refineries. Whether that should be allowed or not is debatable, but HW1 controllers still feel absolutely awful to use - one of their worst qualities is they become blocked for a very long time if a damaged collector docks with them.

  • Self-healing 0-100 time: 1500s => 600s (-60%)
  • HP/s healing for collectors: 175 => 250 (+42.8%)

Missile Corvettes

Long-standing kings of collector kills, mvettes often arrive en-masse later in the game to totally eradicate every collector on the map. Whilst this is part of the units identity, it's a little too strong.

Pulsar Corvettes

Like missile vettes, pulsars can be an obnoxious cloud of doom for your collectors, albeit not nearly as problematic.
