Defense Field Frigates

Too binary; this unit completely crushes certain units and is totally worthless elsewhere. Flatting out the power spike of shield stacks while making the unit easier to produce.

  • large: 3 -> 7 (+150%)
  • huge: 4 -> 12 (+150%)
  • vast: 8 -> 20 (+150%)
