Gunships

Hgn's anti-fighter is pretty much just interceptors - gunships are still underperforming and flaks are almost never seen outside turtles. Although Hiigarans are pretty strong overall, we want to encourage the use of as many different units as possible.

  • Max HP: 480 => 490 (+2.8%)
  • Max base speed: 232 => 244 (+5.2%)
  • Stay closer to their targets more often
  • Weapons:
  • Lead their shots (ballistic aiming)
  • Base damage range: 42 => [42 - 45] ([+0 - +7.5%])
  • Turret max vertical rotation: 65 => 75 (+15%)
  • Projectile speed: 1600 => 2100 (+31%)
  • Range: 1600 => 1700 (+6.2%)
  • Damage multipliers:
  • vs HW1 fighters: 1.6 => 1.7 (+6.25%)
  • Accuracy multipliers:
  • vs HW2 fighters: 0.9 => 0.75 (-16.7%)

Flak Frigates

  • Build time: 50 => 48 (-4%)
  • Agility improvements:
  • Acceleration time decreased
  • Acceleration angle: 40 => 70 (+75%) Frigate begins accelerating earlier in a turn
  • Weapons:
  • Range: 2200 => 2350 (+6.8%)
  • Projectile speed: 3000 => 3200 (+6.7%)
  • Accuracy:
  • vs HW2: 0.1 => 0.13 (+30%)
