torp nerfs #385

Torps are an incredibly versatile unit, able to crush corvettes but still lay the hurt on other frigates, all for a very low tech cost. In addition, torps are one of the best killers of collectors in HW:R, so they don't even lack follow-through power.

  • Build time: 55 => 58 (+5.45%)
  • Max forward/strafe speed: 176 => 165 (-6.25%)
  • Agility:
  • Acceleration time increased
  • Weapons:
  • Heavy torpedo:
  • Base damage: 1550 => 1400 (-9.7%)
  • Damage mults:
  • vs Capitals: 1 => 1.1 (+10%) To keep matchups with capitals the same
  • vs Collectors: 1.15 => 1.27 (+10.4%) Same idea
