SP HW1 M9 Bentusi Attacked Lines Broken #407

Bentusi voice lines if force-fired upon for the "your attack is unwarranted and ill advised" and "you insist on conflict" lines do not play in this mission, and the captions show a broken localization message ($ sign and a bunch of numbers). Need to investigate other missions to check if they're also broken. Actual behavior for the Bentusi ship is working as intended.

Mission 4 has its own bug, the first Bentusi line gets cut off by fleet intelligence saying "recommend immediate cease-fire".
