Remove service code and related dependencies #93

For the last three years the service has not been deployed and the code unmaintained.

The code should be stripped out of the repository and the dependencies of BMUSE simplified to reflect this.

BMUSE will consist of:

  1. Core scraper that can be used as a library to harvest a set of pages from the command line
  2. Web servlet that can be deployed on tomcat and used to scrape an individual page
